With the Memorial Day tournament in Orange Beach just one week away, it puts the MGCBC fishing dates in Biloxi closing fast at less than 20 days.  Things are coming together quite well as our boat count is up 20 percent over this time in 2009 (our last fishing year) and the marina reservations are up like pre-hurricane Katrina numbers.   We have boats registered and contacting us that we’ve never heard from in prior years, so we are quite excited at the opportunity to welcome them to Point Cadet and Biloxi in June!  The weigh scale has been relocated to it’s new spot between the parking garage and the Isle.  The new venue not only has a vast amount of space for parking, spectator seating, viewing locations, vendor booths and our operational crew but the boat captains will love it as they will be looking directly at the weigh slips as they enter the marina and begin to back down to the scales.  Its going to be a great event and we hope the bite will be on as in years past so we can showcase to world once again our exciting event and the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.
