On June 9th, 2011, downtown Ocean Springs will have a new identity for the evening, “Sponsor Village”. Several downtown establishments will join the growing list of MGCBC sponsors and provide the setting for a night of casual dining and cocktails as everyone takes a break before the tournament fishing gets underway on Friday. The annual sponsor party has been a tradition going back to the first year of the tournament and has been held in some fantastic locations over the years such as the old Biloxi Yacht Club, Mary Mahoney’s, Beau Rivage, Palace and of course at the host site, the Isle Casino Hotel.
This year the party will begin on the patio deck at Leo’s Wood Fired Pizza. After cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and pizza, attendees are welcome to venture out and enjoy the other host establishments or simply stroll the blocks in lovely Ocean Springs.
