With just two hours left to fish in the 15th annual Mississippi Gulf Coast Billfish Classic, tournament control radio has been mostly silent. Rocky Jones, fishing aboard Reel Addiction, padded his release points by scoring another blue marlin. That gives him a total of three blues and one white.

Tico Time remains the only known boat with a weight blue marlin aboard. The Lines Out deadline is 6 p.m. and the boats have until 11 p.m. tonight to get in line to weigh their eligible catch. Each angler can enter up to three wahoo, dolphin and tuna per day.

In addition to blue marlin measuring more than 100 inches, tuna, wahoo, and dolphin above 20 pounds are eligible for hefty cash prizes. Anyone breaking the existing state records for these species will win a Ford F-150, Ford Edge, Ford Escape, or Ford Fusion respectively, courtesy of Astro Ford.

The weigh scales are adjacent to the Isle Casino and Hotel, next to the Point Cadet Marina, in Biloxi. A big crowd is expected to watch as the weigh-in gets underway this evening.
